The Groundhog Speaks Again!

It's that time of year when we who face colder weather in the winter months are ready to throw in the towel and move to  or take an extended trip to the southern more tropical climes! I know I've been wanting to, especially this year with record snow when we usually get none or very little.
In case you haven't seen the predictions for our spring weather from the predictor himself (or is it herself? Hmmm... a name like Punxsutawney Phil probably means it's a he, but you never know!)....
